All legal transactions of Tech Triveni within the scope of the event are based on these General Terms and Conditions With the registration, you accept these General Conditions of Participation.
Registration for Tech-Triveni takes place only via the registration options on the Internet and the onsite registrations available on the day of the conference.
After registration, you will receive a registration confirmation by email. Upon receipt of this confirmation of registration with you, the contract is concluded.

After the registration, you will receive an invoice for the participation fee. In the case of credit card payment, the credit card holder will be charged immediately after the successful conclusion of the contract.
The prices stated in the program include the services mentioned in the program. Refunds for unused services will not be made.
The liability of Tech Triveni for property damage - for whatever legal reason - is limited to intent and gross negligence. For accidents during the event, on the way to and from the venue as well as for theft and the loss or damage of objects Tech Triveni assumes no liability.
Tech Triveni stores the data provided by the user but uses this data exclusively for purposes relating to the order, eg to confirm the registration and the transmission of event information, invoicing and for the newsletter. Of course, personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. The user expressly agrees to the collection, processing and use of the data obtained in connection with the business relationship. The user has a right of access and a right to correction, blocking and deletion of his stored data.
Image, video and audio recordings for the purpose of private or commercial use are not permitted unless the organizer has given its approval.
The contractual relationship is subject to Indian law. Jurisdiction for all disputes is, as far as legally permissible, Delhi. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision which comes as close as possible to the replaced provision.

Event Cancellation or Postponement
Should an Event be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, Tech Triveni will endeavour to process a full refund within 10 business working days of such circumstances becoming known.

This event is for everyone and anyone who is interested in showing his/her skill to the world. There is no place for harassment or partiality or any other kind of negative actions.
We expect all of our volunteer, guests and speakers to know and follow the Code. Failure to do so can result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment. Moreover, while the Code is specifically written for this event, we expect volunteer, guests and speakers, and others who may be temporarily assigned to perform work or services for Tech Triveni to follow the Code in connection with their work for us. Failure to follow the Code can result in termination of their work with Tech Triveni.
If you have a question or concern, you can contact our managers/representatives, or any volunteer. You can also submit a question or raise a concern of a suspected violation of our Code or any other policy through the Email/Phone provided in Contact Us section. Finally, if you believe a violation of law has occurred, you can always raise that through the contact person in this Event.
Tech triveni is welcoming and respectful to all participants, regardless of race, gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, national origin, ethnicity, or religion. So that everyone can focus on the conference itself, and the great networking and community richness that happens when we get together in person, we will not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form—in person or online. Examples of harassment include offensive comments, verbal threats or demands, sexualized images in public spaces, intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of sessions or events, and unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention. Harassment also includes slights and negative messages, both unintended and intentional, based solely on appearance (sometimes called microaggressions).
